Whut is this

My drawing ability, its meeeeeelllllttttiiinnnggg.....I can only draw chibi/anime hybrids at the moment because I am so out of practice. DX

Oh well, I thought it looked sort of adorable despite the heavy black lines. Plus, I had fun shading it.
